Overview
You are cordially invited to be apart of an intimate wine tasting. Join me at Retzlaff's award winning vineyard and winery for a delicious weekend of fine wines and Epicurean delights. Retzlaff Vineyards is located 35 miles east of the San Francisco Bay in the historic Livermore Valley. Throughout your stay you will enjoy Retzlaff Estate grown wines produce on the 14 acre "Certified Organic" vineyard. You will join in the annual "Futures Tasting" event and have the opportunity to select your own "Future" during the barrel tasting. This is a special event open to past Futures buyers, family members and friends. It is a day of festive tasting paired with a delicious catered lunch set amongst the 100 year old pepper trees. A little about the Livermore Valley; Most of the wineries here are family owned and operated. "Visiting the Livermore Valley is like visiting the Napa Valley 20 years ago, the vintner is present!" This particular appellation boasts among the 30+ wineries, two of California's oldest and most prestigious, Wente Vineyards and Concannon Vineyards. You will be thrilled by the quality and diversity of the wines produced in this appellation.

Wine Weekend Includes:
Transportation to and from the Oakland Airport and to all food and wine venues. 2 nights accommodations at The Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Breakfasts Private wine tasting tour of the Livermore Valley with Salome' (4 wineries to be visited in addition to Retzlaff Vineyards). Morning Pilates and hiking in the Livermore Hills with Salome' (for those that will!) Futures Tasting Event and Lunch 4 course diner with paired wines at Wente's Restaurant (you will be ordering directly off Wente's fine diner menu...an elegant restaurant tucked away in the oak tree covered hills. South American Fusion diner with the vintner at Retzlaff...be prepared to join in the preparation of this meal if you wish. A relaxing evening with Salome' and Bob Taylor (Salome`s charming father-in-law and the vintner) at the families historic residence. Wines with meals Gratuities at meal venues

Deposits
Payment in Full is required with your reservation. And a maximum of 8 guests.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and be received within the outlined time frames listed. More than 60 days before departure of the trip: 50% cancellation fee over the deposit. 45-60 days before the start of the trip and after the total payment has been made: 50% cancellation fee over the total payment. 30-44 days before the start date of the trip and after the total payment has been made: 80% cancellation fee over the total payment. Less than 30 days before departure: no refunds can be guaranteed. TWS will try to get as much refunded as possible to the client upon negotiation with the local travel suppliers.

Suggestions
Stay on an extra night or two in San Francisco. Salome' will make the arrangements for you and deliver you to your hotel on Sunday...If all guests would like to stacy on, then we'll make it stay on together!
